Q: Why did my tattoo pen stop working after several times use?

A: 1. Please make sure that the voltage you used does not exceed 10V, higher voltage may occur damage to the tattoo pen.

2. Please check the connection of each part of the tattoo kit to make sure it is not loose.

3. Please make sure that the tattoo cartridge needle is not stuck in the tattoo pen.
